I have mapped out the existing processes for various clients, analyzed data, drew up solutions and implemented them. I had these responsibilities in projects to modify existing applications and implement new applications. I use Lean Six Sigma tools and have experience with agile working. I am the link between business and IT and between stakeholders within and outside organizations.
